The Farm

Coaly

Coaly is officially Jeremy's dog, although she is muched loved by the whole family. Coaly is a border collie and a good watch dog.

Though she's younger, Coaly keeps snicker in line, and enjoys "helping" with the other farm animals.

Coaly loves playing catch, wrestling, chasing, and playing with the kids.

Tasha/Taj

We got Taj, along with his brother Silly when they were just kittens. We were originally told they were both girls, but to our surprise they are not! So Tasha has been changed to Taj.

Taj is a cuddly cat, who love to ride on your shoulders, chase mice, and sleep in the sun.

Mittens & Oliver

These brother found their way to our farm in Minnesota one spring morning. They were both so tiny that we took them in.

These kitties will eat anything, and I mean anything, like chips and salsa to cheese crackers.

We were glad to be able to add to lovely kitties to our animal collection. To bad they weren't girls though!

Thunder

This is Raina's horse, though we all love him. He is a mustang and enjoys giving rides to the kids.

He loves the freedom of his 10 acre pasture, and he definetly loves his sweet feed!

Cassie & Willow

These are our two Neubian Boar Goats. They are the start of our herd of milk goats, whom we home to get more of as time goes on.

These ladies love attention, being hand fed, and being brushed down. But watch out they may try to eat your mitten, or the hem of your skirt if you aren't careful!

Little Will

Assited by Lindsay and Micah, Willow gave birth to a healthy baby billy goat on June 1st 2004 (while mom and dad were in Missouri looking for a house!) He was named Little Will after his mom, and he is our first home grown animal.

Little Will is not so little anymore. He is nearly as big as his mama, but he still acts like a baby goat. He is adorable and so much fun to watch and play with.

Rosie & Peter

There are our two rabbits. We adopted Rosie on Hayley's birthday in 2002, and were given Peter a year later.

These guys enjoy munching on green stuff, sleeping, and hopping around.

Chickens

Chickens, chickens, C H I C K E N!

We gave away all of our chickens before we moved, but three weeks of being in our new home we were missing them so much we got some more!

We have 50 meat birds we will butcher come fall, and about 16 laying hens. They are too little to lay eggs yet, but awfully fun to watch.

Who needs TV when you have chickens!
